Well, I’ve had a break for a while to sort my head out and stuff. I wasn’t feeling too good for a while, and all the thinspo made me feel really rubbish.
This is a before and during, not a before and after. I still have a lot of work to do. Especially my stomach, it needs a lot of toning. But I’m so much more committed now! I have a gym membership and I’m going at LEAST twice a week. I’m eating healthily, and drinking ridiculous amounts of water. Determined to do this right and not slip back into obsessive calorie counting and restricting etc.
Because of this, I’m going to be remodeling my blog shortly and making it less negative :)
I’ve lost two inches from my waist and dropped one and a half dress sizes and gained some confidence, but as I said, I’ve a long way to go before I’m happy.
So let’s get this show back on the road!!
